My name is Norman. I did intermittent fasting and OMAD for a while and lost a few pounds, training calisthenics.
Altough my strength went up I couldn’t see a lot happening in the mirror so I started looking around the web for a fast fix, but didn’t expect to find one that actually works.
I stumbled across Cole Robinson’s interview with Elliot Hulse on YouTube, checked out his channel and decided to simply stop eating, drink salt water and see how long I can resist the urge for food. I ended up doing a 5 day fast, and dropped about 13 pounds.
Since then I’ve been alternating between 72’s and 48’s, and got really used to only eating 3 or 4 meals a week. (mainly liver, salmon, chicken, or steak & greens)
My plan is to get down to 170lbs(78kg), at which point I should be shredded and ready to build up.
