From June to August this year I lost 26 pounds in 12 weeks with the Snake Diet but I kept binging on my refeeds. Then I kept bouncing around between the 120’s and 130’s.
Then Cole had me do a Youtube video diary & I got accepted to do Michelene’s 2 week Snake Diet accountability group and dropped 20 pounds in 17 days! It’s amazing what you can do when you have the accountability of coaches supporting you and SUPER STRONG DISCIPLINE.

Now I’m maintaining and building muscle, but already feel amazing
