My name is Samantha. I’ve been working with Cole for 5 weeks. I am loving the results and the fasting focused life style. Trying to get as strong and lean as possible. I’ve noticed a big difference in my Jiu Jitsu training as well. I’m much faster and I feel lighter during rolling.
Cole is helping me lean out so I can fight in the “Light Feather” weight division for my next bjj competition. I have no doubts I’ll get there. My energy has been 100% fine. If anything, I feel even better and I haven’t lost any muscle or strength. No complaints, only improving ! I am thankful for the coaching I am receiving from Cole and wish you guys/gals the absolute best on your fasting journey !
