35 yrs old, 5’8″.
My name is JT. I was a fat pig that couldn’t even play basketball with my daughter. I started September 1, 2018 at 247 pounds. I started 2 meal a day 16/8 IF keto and lost about 30 pounds in 2 months.
November 2018 I started on OMAD and got down to about 200 pounds. Then the holidays hit and I rebounded to about 215. In January I found Cole and started the snake diet. Starting January 2, 2019 I started using a mix of one meal on 24/48/72 (sadly with some cheat days) where I finally hit my goal weight of 165 June 1st. Then to maintain and lean bulk I have been doing 24/48 in the morning with carbs only on lifting days(5×5). In August I went on a 10 day vacation, ate like a fat pig gained 20 pounds. I came home did back to back 72 and the weight came right off. I am currently ranging between 163-168 pounds and feel in full control of my health. The snake diet builds discipline. Nothing has worked for me in the past, now I know how to not rebound. Thank you Cole!!
